No matter which setting, the dishes never dry. The button pad does not respond. It does a POOR job of cleaning the dishes. Food and coffee stains do not come out! Waste of money.

Dishwasher is extremely quiet and runs very well. Dishes come out very clean. Make sure to use a rinse-aid as that helps with the drying.

Our dishwasher constantly displays the i-20 code. Our plumber confirmed that the unit drain hose is not blocked. Since I didn't fall for the extended warranty deal, I guess we are stuck until we buy a different brand.

Had to replace 10+ year old dishwasher. Lowe's salesman highly recommended this model for it's quiet operation for my price range. He was spot on! I didn't know how poor a job my old one did until now. Set on recommended normal use settings, dishes come out spotless and dry. The unit is a "Tall" design which puts the door almost to the ground, as well as the bottom rack is very low to reach. But I'm getting used to it. The racks are lightweight and a little wobbly when pulling out. The third top rack is a little sticky to pull out. But very minor issues. I highly recommend this dishwasher! I've only had it for two weeks, but very pleased so far!

The tub is much bigger than our previous unit.There are 3 pull out trays for all the dishes and flatware.The inside of the tub is stainless steel which is nice.

I stuck with the same brand because my original Frigidaire works so well but this time upgraded to the stainless interior and it works fantastic. It™™s a little slow and takes longer than the old one, but it™™s much more efficient in every glass and dish comes out sparkling.

How can I by pass the delay function. I want to start the dishwasher right away when I go to start it and not delay it for an hour or whatever. It is frustrating that I can't. If I knew this when I bought it, I would have picked a different make.

This was a replacement dishwasher. The rack spaces are so small that it is difficult to fit our dinner plates in the slots. The upper rack, the utensil rack, doesn't get dry at all. Any plastics do not dry at all. Some other dishes hardly dry. I have tried letting the hot water run in the sink before starting the dishwasher and have filled the "jet dry" dispenser twice. Doesn't help. If it wasn't so difficult to install, I would take it back. It is better than hand washing dishes, but not by much.

I purchased this unit from www.homedepot.com and when my contractor opened the unit several weeks after buying it he noticed it was damaged. I filled a claim back in early December and the technician who came out on Dec 18 verified the unit was damaged and not reparable. After that I was asked to send the receipt and serial tag photo for completion of my claim. Shortly after sending this information I was sent a second email asking for the same information. I called and was told their was no supervisor to speak with and the "back office" does not take calls. Several days later I got a third email requesting the same information. At that time I called customer service and again was told there was no supervisor and the "back office" does not take call. I made the customer service agent stay on the phone while I sent the pictures a 3rd time so she could verify they were received and uploaded. I was told I would get the final authorization to return the unit prior to Christmas, but no email. I call beginning of the week and was told they are delayed due to the Holidays and it would be another 10 days before they responded. Today 1 Month later I got a 4th email requesting the photos to be sent again! I called customer service and they said I don't know why you got that email I see the picture right here. Sorry there is no supervisor to speak with and the "back office" does not take calls. You will just have to wait for them to reply. My contractor is now gone and I will need to pay additional money to have the dishwasher installed and I am VERY VERY unhappy with the way I was treated especially when I spent thousands of dollars buying appliances for my new home. I still do not have a new dishwasher and I will never buy your products again.

This dishwasher is quiet and has a lot of room between the racks compared to my 20 year old dishwasher. I really like the controlls on the top of the door and the digital notice to close the door.

I had to turn my hot water temp. up and use the high water temp. feature on the dishwasher to finally get dry dishes. New dishwashers due a poor job of drying dishes unless the water temperature is about 130 degrees. It also helps to have the rinse aide setting fairly high as well. Other than the drying issue it seems to do a good job of washing.

All my appliances were 1 brandThey upset me when they wanted to charge me almost $50 to discuss a problem with an technician. Got this for my 80-year-old mom. Looks sleek modern stainless steel, she liked the stainless steel tub inside since we have hard water and plastic really got ugly in the Whirlpool she had, which only had for four years before it died. At first, we were dismayed because the cycles were all longer than 3 hours. But after some research we chilled out realizing the long cycles is why it's energy saving...and I thought there was no quick cycle, but actually there is. It's the energy saving cycle at 82 minutes. And even without rinse aid, or hot heat, dishes are sparkling and even most plastics came out dry. Happy dance. And no filmy residues. Mom said, OH I like it," That's high praise from a picky mom. Also we had some issues at installation...crooked and not flush but the machine has adjustablabilty so fixed. The machine started but then stopped, turns out it's sensors know when the door isn't fully closed, installers put a screw in a place preventing the machine from knowing the door was closed. So what we thought was a defective machine was actually installer issues. I nearly returned a great machine, but mom is so happy we didn't. Solid machine, doesn't feel or look cheap. There's a 3rd rack. It's adjustable for big pots in ways the Whirlpool wasn't. The delay function is cool so i make sure the machine starts during super saver electric hours. Highly recommend this shiny workhorse. Very reasonably affordable, does an awesome cleaning job. Mom doing happy dance. Wish it had a "cycle complete sound or light indicator or a way to notify the dishes are done. But the main thing is ...it does a fantastic job cleaning....our electric bills are the same or lower...
