The delivery people were great. It poured that day and they were on time and installed since I had to take 3 days off from work. They couldn™™t hook up the water because my pipe was old and didn™™t fit which was not their fault. So far no complaints

I had a frig with bottom drawer freezer when the style first came out. It was horrible; I later went to a side by side. When it had to be replaced and when I saw the current design on the bottom drawer freezer, I was impressed. I am even more impressed with my Frigidaire French Door Refrigerator now that it is installed!

Good fridge overall, some quirks

The 2 ice makers are also and the rest of the fridge works well. There are some drawbacks though, such as the plastic film that protects it is under some seals and I can™™t take it all the way off. So there are some tattered bits of film stuck to it in places. I might try a heat gun on low and melt it away. Also, the adjusters that allow you to raise the fridge are too short and limit how high you can go. Ours is a built in counter depth and I was hoping to raise it up some so that the gap above is the same as below. Unfortunately, the bolts that do that are too short and also plastic. I don™™t like plastic in places that will see a lot of force, especially shearing force. That being said, my wife really likes it.

The refrigerator has ample storage and great storage layout however it could use a small butter compartment with a door. The freezer is typical for French door units with a large divided basket and one pull-out rack. The 2nd Ice maker in the freezer is a plus! I'd give it 5 stars but the internal fans are a bit louder than I was expecting it's something I'll have to get used to.

Nice counter depth fridge

Due to lack of space we needed a counter depth refrigerator. I was hesitant because I thought it'd be too small and not be roomy enough for all the food. I was wrong. It is very spacious and has ample space for all my goods and beverages. U can adjust the shelving inside to make it fit for your items which is nice. I appreciate the large freezer bottom. Fits a lot of stuff. The ice maker and water spout on the outside are super convenient especially for the kids. Love the ice is in small squares too and not the giant ones my old one made. Very easy to fit in water bottles and such. The fridge is super quiet and I haven't regretted my decision to purchase it. I would def recommend this one if you're looking for a counter depth refrigerator.

There is no loss in storage space with this counter depth refrigerator. This finger print resistance stainless steel model is sleek and fits beautifully into our existing kitchen. The two crisper drawers keep fruits and vegetables longer than expected. It has a bright interior ands shelves are adjustable giving many storage options.

We were very sad to lose our super KitchenAid side by side refrigerator after 17 years of service. Shopping was a nightmare as most new models are not well built and for some reason not as tall, plus we were constrained to counter depth. Nearly a month research landed us on this model as our new refrigerator approx 4 inches shorter, and 3 cu ft less. Currently we have had it two weeks and have been prompted to review by Frigidaire. The fridge looks and works great. The lighting inside is fantastic - better than any fridge before. We were able to fit a ton of items into the french doors - all of our condiments, salad dressings, milk and juices. The veg bins are deep and hold allot, the deli drawer is very shallow, plus requires both doors open to draw out this drawer. The design did not seem to consider standard sizes for typical American products. We've placed the top shelves at their highest, and bottom at their lowest and still unable to fit the milk nor the juice, nor a 2 L soda bottle on any shelves - thus the retractable upper shelves, which then eliminates upper shelf space. Had they made it taller -hmmmm? We wish there were more adjustable heights for the shelving. The ice cubes are small, and it will take getting used to the bottom freezer basket - things get buried easily. Fortunately we saved our egg container, and a 2 L soda sling to use in our new fridge, as these accessories are no longer included in the new models across all brands. We thought we would need the dual ice makers - one for the door dispenser and the second inside the lower freezer, but we are rethinking that choice. We would have saved a couple hundred dollars by going just with the upper ice maker. We will probably turn the bottom one off and use the additional space for frozen foods. I really miss the feature which counts the ounces as you fill from the water dispenser in the door. However, the very similar ($) & highly recommended LG had a flimsy interior; thinner plastic bins and door bins (fewer door bins) and the freezer basket was so cheap.Out of all of the models out there in this price range, we would choose this fridge again. It feels solid and has good refrigerator capacity.
